Weekend at Boris's |
| Boris Yeltsin took the oath of office today. He made
no acceptance speech, and attendees said his words were
slurred as he repeated the oath. Wrapping up a vacation to participate in the official start of his new term, he immediately announced through a spokesperson that he'd be starting his new term with a vacation. My question: Who were those two guys in Hawaiian shirts and sunglasses behind Boris at the ceremony? One appeared to be holding up his arm while the other's lips moved every time Boris talked. |
