A personal web site that's grown out of control

This looks nothing like me, but it looks about as good as I've ever looked. Click for more recent pictures. What's it all about?

Andy Warhol said that in the future everyone would be world famous for fifteen minutes**. Well my fifteen minutes was spread over ten years at Parsons Technology as the original author of QuickVerse Bible software and VP of Parsons' Church Software Division. This site started as an extension of my work at Parsons and blossomed into an eclectic collection of book reviews, opinions, digital photography, aviation, and more.

I'm no longer at Parsons Technology (who is?) but I'm still in the Bible software business (www.laridian.com) and you'll still find material related to Bible software in the "History" and "Hard Questions" sections of the site.

** Andy Warhol later said, "I’m bored with that line. I never use it anymore. My new line is 'In 15 minutes everybody will be famous.'"

I'm not too crazy about their sites, either.
